Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Collage HR's growth objectives. Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the implementation of the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms while enhancing brand equity through innovative branding efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads to the sales team, utilizing various channels such as digital marketing and content marketing.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives, supporting initiatives with targeted campaigns and collateral.
  • Product Positioning: Articulate product positioning and value propositions that resonate with target audiences, ensuring clear communication of product benefits.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and equips the team with necessary skills.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize impact while overseeing financial planning.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
  • Hands-on experience with digital channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and SEM.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline generation in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting sales functions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
