About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution and re-invigoration of our EPP account strategy. The ideal candidate will focus on building and expanding our partnerships to drive incremental customer value and growth for Intello Technologies Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic analysis and provide trusted expertise to synthesize results into key insights and actions that support the decision-making processes of the EPP.
  • Lead the strategic evolution of the TELUS Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) accounts strategy, with respect to multiple segments of focus including growth and at-risk segments.
  • Drive lead generation and account penetration across our partners, with a B2B2C ethos.
  • Help to build out and support a sub-market strategy, in priority regions.
  • Leverage AI and Machine Learning models to ideate, experiment, and design account strategy.
  • Formulate recommendations to drive program growth that are anchored on data, market research, and customer insights.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships to transform strategy into flawless, cross-functional execution and manage progress for both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Interlock with various pricing, strategy & planning, marketing, channel, and CE stakeholders, including EPP's distinct sales team and Account Managers.
  • You manage stakeholder communications well, including to members of cross-functional leadership groups.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a storyteller who is able to simplify complex information into easily digestible content.
  • Product ownership and experience managing a portfolio with direct P&L responsibility (e.g., Proven track record of delivering results and executing flawlessly while managing projects and asks efficiently at the same time.
