We are seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at GR Marine Bath Gallery Limited. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Foster relationships with existing customers while identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Needs Assessment: Evaluate client requirements and resources to recommend suitable products or services.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed reports and proposals that highlight the advantages of our offerings.
- Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales agreements to ensure smooth transactions.
- Product Consultation: Collaborate with clients post-sale to provide ongoing support and address any concerns.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the activities of fellow technical sales specialists to ensure high performance.
- Cost Estimation: Assess the expenses associated with the installation and maintenance of our products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Willingness to train new team members.
