About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Aerotek ULC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients through research and outreach efforts to expand our customer base.
  • Assess client needs and provide recommendations on the best goods or services to meet those needs.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products or services.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients to promote our products or services.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Estimate or quote prices and provide information on credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure our products meet client needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Review and adapt information on product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products or services.
  • Advertise and promote our products or services to potential clients.
  • Provide customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists to ensure team success.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team member performance.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively promote our products or services.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a mix of office and remote work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
