About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Aerotek ULC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients through research and outreach efforts to expand our customer base.
  • Assess client needs and provide recommendations on the best goods or services to meet those needs.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products or services.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote our offerings.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Estimate or quote prices and provide information on credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure our products meet client needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Review and adapt information on product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our goods or services.
  • Advertise and promote our products, sales, or services to increase brand awareness.
  • Provide customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists to ensure team success.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team member performance and provide feedback.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a mix of office and remote work.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
