Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of Branch Operations with complete P&L accountability, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Adopt an innovative approach to motivate, support, and lead a team of over 18, ensuring access to top talent, training, and resources for success.
  • Establish robust relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions, industry events, and community involvement.
  • Balance growth objectives with customer satisfaction while meeting branch targets.
  • Define and enhance operational capacity to improve financial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvements for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance culture while maintaining a safe and comfortable work environment.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership and management, with a preference for backgrounds in building materials, construction, or distribution.
  • Demonstrated P&L responsibility.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for inspiring, coaching, and mentoring.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in diverse environments.
  • Commitment to health and safety protocols.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, CRM systems, and inventory management.
Compensation Package:
Competitive On Target Earnings ranging from $180K to $220K+, inclusive of a base salary and profit-sharing, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
