Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Branch Operations with full P&L responsibility and ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Bring a creative approach to inspire, support and lead the team ensuring you have the best talent, training and tools for success.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through in-person meetings, industry events and community engagement.
- Effectively balance growth and customer satisfaction while achieving branch goals.
- Define and expand operations capacity to drive bottom line performance.
- Lead continuous improvements and enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Encourage optimal performance while ensuring a safe, and comfortable working environment.
- 5 years experience in leading and managing a team, experience in building materials, construction or distribution highly valued
- Proven P&L accountability
- Strong leadership and ability to inspire, coach and mentor a team
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to drive business growth
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities and work within a diverse culture
- Commitment to health & safety standards
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, CRM, inventory management
