DMC Recruitment has partnered with our client and are seeking an energetic, highly motivated and ambitious leader to take on the role of Branch Manager and lead a dedicated and experienced team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of Branch Operations with full P&L responsibility and ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Bring a creative approach to inspire, support and lead the team ensuring you have the best talent, training and tools for success.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through in-person meetings, industry events and community engagement.
  • Effectively balance growth and customer satisfaction while achieving branch goals.
  • Define and expand operations capacity to drive bottom line performance.
  • Lead continuous improvements and enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Encourage optimal performance while ensuring a safe, and comfortable working environment.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in leading and managing a team, experience in building materials, construction or distribution highly valued
  • Proven P&L accountability
  • Strong leadership and ability to inspire, coach and mentor a team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to drive business growth
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities and work within a diverse culture
  • Commitment to health & safety standards
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, CRM, inventory management

Compensation

On Target Earnings $180K-$220K+ (Competitive Base Salary + profit sharing), comprehensive benefits and perks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
