Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of Branch Operations with complete P&L accountability, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership and management, with a preference for backgrounds in building materials, construction, or distribution.
  • Demonstrated P&L responsibility.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a diverse environment.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, CRM, and inventory management systems.
Compensation:
On Target Earnings range from $180K to $220K+ (Competitive Base Salary plus profit sharing), along with a comprehensive benefits package and additional perks.
