About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to join our team at AV LIQUOR HOUSE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading our sales teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure team and individual performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate.
  • Workload: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
