About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Alkazaz Dental Corporation. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services and policies.
  • Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, schedule procedures, and coordinate with our clinical team to ensure seamless care.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process patient records, maintain accurate and up-to-date files, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Communication: Relay messages, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, order supplies, and perform other tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
