Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register guests and assign rooms upon arrival, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
- Room Reservations: Handle room reservations, including cancellations and changes, in a timely and professional manner.
- Guest Communication: Inform guests about hotel amenities and services, and provide assistance with special requests and needs.
- Check-Out Process: Process guest check-outs, calculate fees, and receive payments in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Phone and Message Handling: Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate team member or department.
- Special Needs Assistance: Assist guests with special needs, such as mobility or dietary requirements, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will provide training for the right candidate.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Personal Qualities: Customer-focused, organized, and a team player.
- Language: English.
- Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week.
