As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
