About the Role

Partner Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager of Project Delivery to oversee the successful execution of commercial engineering projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and contractors, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring team members are aligned with project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitoring and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met, preparing financial reports and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, conducting regular site visits and inspections.
  • Oversee all phases of project execution, from design through construction and commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or PMP certification is an asset.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management within the commercial engineering sector.
  • Experience managing projects in Vancouver or BC is highly desirable.
