Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project managers in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including filing documents, conducting employee onboarding, and preparing project management documents.
  • Assist with organizing on-site events, taking meeting minutes, and drafting memos/presentations.
  • Work with the capital team and suppliers to manage project costs, delivery, and forecasted spending.
  • Support project managers with procurement, scheduling, and coordinating team meetings.
  • Organize and prepare for internal and external meetings, gathering materials as required.
  • Utilize Excel for project tracking and documentation.
  • Support month-end procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous project experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or construction industries.
  • Relevant diploma or degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with IBM Maximo or SAP.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
