Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team at ROSIESKIN BEAUTY SPA & HEALTH LTD. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Educational Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
Preferred Language Skills

Knowledge of Mandarin is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establishing and implementing office policies and procedures
  • Recording and preparing minutes for meetings and events
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing telephone communications and relaying messages
  • Responding to electronic inquiries
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other relevant information
  • Advising senior management on various matters
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Setting up and maintaining both manual and computerized filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence and documents
  • Conducting research as needed
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining and managing a digital database
  • Carrying out basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consulting with clients post-sale to offer ongoing support
  • Evaluating work environments and procedures to enhance safety and efficiency
