Position Overview

The Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team at Pizza Pizza. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks effectively.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate staff consultations and manage grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate information flow among team members.
  • Handle incoming mail and distribute materials accordingly.
  • Oversee budget planning and control expenditures.
  • Organize daily operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Supervise and guide other team members.
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for staff.
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies.
  • Manage telephone communications and relay messages.
  • Analyze employee data and oversee its management.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
  • Prepare and proofread various documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks as required.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with electronic mail systems.
