Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to staff members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventorying.
    • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, catering, and logistics.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.

Requirements
  • Education
