About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including online marketing campaigns and website promotions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Use sales forecasting software to track and analyze sales data.
  • Review and approve all marketing materials, including job proofs and samples.
  • Provide clients with information and insights to inform their marketing decisions.
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure effective use of marketing resources.
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules to ensure timely completion of marketing projects.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Evaluate social programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure effective use of marketing resources.
  • Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity and interactivity.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Google AdWords Certification.
  • Proficiency in salesforce, spreadsheet, electronic mail, WordPress, HTML, project management software, search engine marketing (SEM), social media, and Google Docs.
  • Experience in production, marketing, communications and public relations, commercial advertising production, interactive/new media, project management, communications, and advertising.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Accurate and organized with a strong attention to detail.
