Responsibilities:

  • Oversee renewals performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for Renewals
  • Collaborate with various departments to refine renewal marketing campaigns
  • Identify customer segments and tailor offers accordingly
  • Implement communication strategies across multiple channels
  • Create retention playbooks and scenarios for diverse customer needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related discipline
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and achieving results
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Experience in the telecommunications sector, proven success in retention strategies, and familiarity with digital channels

Salary Range: $96,000-$144,000

Performance Bonus: 15%
