About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff as needed
  • Log and track all service desk issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Communicate customer feedback and recommendations to the project management and account management teams
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Plexxis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including its features and functionality
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
