About Scott 72 Liquor Store

We are a dynamic and customer-focused liquor store seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, and recognizing employee achievements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
