About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Arjan Liquor Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to sales workers, promoting their growth and development.
