Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that sales floor staff are assigned to their designated areas and tasks, maximizing productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales floor staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases, providing excellent customer service and promoting sales of liquor products.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that inventory levels are maintained, and stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Oversee the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Availability for Shift or On-Call Work: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Availability for Advertised Start Date: Be available to start work on the advertised start date.
- Legal Ability to Work in Canada: Be legally able to work in Canada.
- Residency in Proximity to Advertised Location: Currently reside in proximity to the advertised location.
- Previous Experience in the Field: Have previous experience in the liquor retail industry.
