Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team as a General Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and growth of our industrial parks, working closely with our clients, stakeholders, and team members to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and development in our industrial parks.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful operation and maintenance of our industrial parks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health and stability of our industrial parks.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and address operational and maintenance issues, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our parks.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our parks remain competitive and compliant.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 6-8 years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership role, preferably in the industrial or business development sector.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
- Fluency in English and French is considered an asset.
