About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Magic Wok Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and making strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
    • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
