Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic leadership and support to faculty members, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation in teaching and research.
- Collaborate with the Provost and Vice-President Academic to advance the University's academic priorities and initiatives.
- Enhance the student experience and success, attracting and retaining exceptional students and faculty.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in a relevant field and a strong academic record.
- Proven leadership and administrative experience in a higher education setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a demonstrated ability to foster a culture of respect and inclusivity.
