Partner Staffing is currently in search of a Financial Planning Analyst on a contractual basis for a prominent client within the energy sector. This role presents substantial opportunities for career advancement for the right candidate. The contract position allows for direct engagement with senior leadership and a diverse organizational team. You will play a key role in formulating both strategic and operational budgets, forecasts, and plans. Your adept presentation skills will be essential in delivering forecasting and reporting insights.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate as part of a team to create monthly and quarterly financial plans, ultimately contributing to the formulation of long-term strategies.
  • Engage in the presentation of financial plans and reports to senior executives by preparing comprehensive materials.
  • Support the analysis of discrepancies in financial outcomes and projections.
  • Propose and assist in the creation of business initiative evaluations and models to align with regulatory, operational, and accounting modifications.
  • Utilize systems to manage cost center structures, organize business divisions, and execute allocations in SAP.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modeling and budgeting.
  • University degree with CPA or CFA designation.
  • Strong analytical, consolidation, reporting, and modeling capabilities.
  • Ability to conceptualize the broader picture while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, WDesk, PCS, and MS BI.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Team-oriented individual with superior presentation abilities.
  • Highly focused professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
