Overview of the Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the financial planning and analysis process, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your expertise will be essential in guiding business decisions through detailed financial insights and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Annual and Long-Term Operating Plans and Capital Plans, focusing on cash flow and debt management. Conduct financial analyses for business cases, supporting decision-making with metrics such as Net Present Value and discounted cash flows. Analyze macroeconomic and microeconomic factors to enhance forecasting accuracy. Identify trends in financial performance, assess financial risks, and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with various stakeholders to review and validate financial information and projections. Assist in the creation of financial models and the development of financial forecasts. Support the formulation and evaluation of compensation plans. Design and implement cost allocation models to optimize resource distribution.

Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis. Familiarity with Enterprise Financial Planning, including Operating and Capital Planning, is advantageous. Proficient in drafting and presenting business cases. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present financial data effectively. Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a high-volume environment. Proficient in various software applications, with a working knowledge of Excel (intermediate level, including pivot tables). Experience with IBM Cognos reporting is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week, with the flexibility of remote work.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between $70,000 and $96,000. We offer a competitive benefits package, including 3 weeks of vacation, 14 wellness days, company-matching investment and savings programs, and fully employer-paid group benefits, which include a health care spending account.
