Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at J&H Financial Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying clients' financial goals and objectives, analyzing their financial records, and developing personalized financial plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Investment Planning: Make recommendations concerning investment strategies, including cash management, insurance coverage, and retirement planning.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and to provide regular updates on their financial progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
