The Financial Planning Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating and interpreting financial data to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in financial analysis or a similar role.
This position is based in an urban setting within the construction sector, offering a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze financial and investment data, including company profiles, stock and bond prices, and market trends.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, industry analyses, and economic forecasts.
- Provide insights and participate in the financial components of contracts and tenders.
- Assist in the formulation of operating and investment budgets.
- Plan and assess short- and long-term cash flows and financial performance.
- Regularly update risk profiles for debt portfolios and develop risk management strategies.
- Perform various administrative duties as required.
- Proficient in data analysis software and MS Excel.
- Experienced with MS Office, QuickBooks, and accounting software.
- Familiar with electronic communication tools such as MS Outlook.
A basic security clearance is necessary for this role.
