Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning department, you will play a critical role in developing financial scenarios and presentations for our 10-year plan and quarterly forecasts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Prepare detailed financial presentations for executives, including the 10-year plan and quarterly forecasts
- Support the Senior Budget Analyst in the preparation of the annual 10-year plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts
- Assist in the development and maintenance of our corporate financial model to ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and accounting changes
- Collaborate with financial systems to coordinate allocations, maintenance of cost centre hierarchies, and integration of new entities
- Utilize reporting tools to make data available for review, control, and analysis
- Undergraduate degree with a CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of budgeting and financial modeling experience
- Proven ability/experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and consolidation skills
- Superior Excel, BI, and SAP skills
- Knowledge of HFM, WDesk, and PCS
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory accounting
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
