About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Rewind. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, process improvements, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven revenue growth strategies to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
  • Data Management: Own and manage the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics across the revenue teams, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.
  • Technology Management: Manage a robust technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, SalesLoft, Sweep, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Ada, PartnerStack, and more.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the Revenue Operations team and foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Special Projects: Lead special projects related to scaling operations, process automation, or system integrations.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
