We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Rewind Software. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of revenue operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience leading and managing a small team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
