**As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will:**

  • Establish and maintain sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
  • Analyze customer support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze revenue data to derive actionable insights.
  • Optimize revenue team workflows and tools to enhance productivity and optimize performance metrics.
  • Manage a robust technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, Sweep, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Ada, PartnerStack, and more.
  • Ensure all systems are integrated and functioning properly to support seamless data flow and accurate reporting while working cross-functionally with teams supporting other critical tools.
  • Lead and mentor a Salesforce administrator to ensure effective CRM management and support, while overseeing and guiding a junior data entry assistant.
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing, finance, and data teams to ensure data consistency and be a key contributor to the annual planning/modeling process.

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years of experience in data, finance, or revenue/sales operations roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and other sales, customer support, and partnership-specific technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities to lead initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to various stakeholders, including senior management.
