We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Rewind. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, process improvements, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Maintain Sales Processes: Develop and implement sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze customer support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
- Partner Relationship Management: Establish and manage processes for partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.
- Data Infrastructure and Integrity: Own the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics across the revenue teams, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and report on key processes and KPIs, leveraging this data to produce decks and reporting used for key internal meetings, OKRs, QBRs, Operations, Board, and Team meetings.
- Technology Stack Management: Manage a robust technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, SalesLoft, Sweep, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Ada, PartnerStack, and more.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Remain educated on revenue operations trends and best practices, inclusive of implementing AI to optimize personal, team, and company efficiency.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to ensure data consistency and be a key contributor to the annual planning/modelling process.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the Revenue Operations team and foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Special Projects: Lead special projects related to scaling operations, process automation, or system integrations.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and process improvements in a high-growth company.
- Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, etc.); proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms; exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Nice to Have: Experience in a Series B or later stage SaaS company; experience implementing and managing sales and marketing tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Marketo, etc.); knowledge of financial metrics and experience working closely with finance teams on forecasting and revenue recognition.
