Position Overview

As the Director of Revenue Growth, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our revenue-generating processes and systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the software industry. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Field Sales to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive efficiencies within our sales operations. Your focus will be on enforcing CRM hygiene, analyzing trends, and ensuring alignment across all revenue functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to streamline and enhance revenue operations. Partner with senior leadership to align revenue goals with business objectives.
  2. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Field Sales to identify and address challenges and opportunities within the sales process. Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and efficiency.
  3. Analytical Excellence: Utilize strong analytical skills to assess trends, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement. Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to track performance and guide decision-making.
  4. CRM Management: Oversee CRM system maintenance and hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Develop and enforce best practices for CRM usage among field sales representatives.
  5. Process Optimization: Analyze current revenue processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Design and implement improvements to drive operational excellence and scalability.
  6. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies and seamless customer experiences.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of RevOps professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
  1. Proven track record of at least [X] years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably within the software industry.
  2. Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision making and advanced proficiency in analytical tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  3. Demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams and senior leadership to drive results.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and effectively.

  7. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
