Position Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships and implementing HR strategies tailored to our client groups. This position requires collaboration with all organizational levels to ensure effective HR service delivery and to assist our Manufacturing sector in achieving its objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on matters of talent development, organizational effectiveness, workplace culture, strategic planning, and employee engagement.
  2. Offer strategic insights on talent management, guiding leaders through workforce planning and effective people strategies aligned with business goals.
  3. Collaborate with the Talent Center of Excellence to enhance strategic capability, leadership development, succession planning, and performance improvement.
  4. Work closely with Employee & Labor Relations to navigate complex issues and implement necessary actions.
  5. Analyze trends and metrics in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to formulate solutions and programs.
  6. Align workforce planning with recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
  7. Act as a mentor and trusted advisor to senior leadership, fostering strong client relationships.
  8. Advocate for the needs of client groups in the development and execution of comprehensive HR programs.
  9. Partner with senior executives to establish organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes that enhance business performance.
  10. Encourage the adoption of standardized change management practices throughout the organization.
  11. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the organization’s strategic direction.
  12. Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports.
Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources or a generalist role, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field is required. Proficiency in HR information systems (preferably Workday) and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Candidates should have progressive HR experience, including a solid understanding of employee and labor relations. Experience in analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders is also necessary.
