We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our diverse Manufacturing operations across the United States. This role will report directly to the Director of Human Resources (HRBP) and Change Management.

Position Summary

We seek a strategic HR Business Partner who is passionate about fostering positive relationships and implementing effective HR strategies within their designated client groups. The HRBP will collaborate with all organizational levels to ensure the successful delivery of HR services, aiding our Manufacturing division in achieving its operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on matters concerning talent development, organizational effectiveness, culture, strategic planning, and employee engagement.
  • Provide strategic insights on talent management, guiding business leaders through workforce planning and effective people strategies to align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Center of Excellence to enhance strategic capability development, leadership training, succession planning, and staff performance improvement.
  • Work closely with Employee & Labor Relations to navigate complex issues and implement suitable solutions.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to develop impactful solutions and programs.
  • Align workforce planning with recruitment strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor and mentor.
  • Advocate for client group needs in the development and execution of enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to design organizational structures, job roles, and talent management processes that enhance business unit performance.
  • Promote standardized change management practices throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s strategic direction.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a human resources role or as a generalist in HR.
  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (preferably Workday) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated HR business experience, particularly in employee and labor relations.
  • Experience in analyzing trends and metrics in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders.
