We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and supporting the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Develop and implement metrics to measure HR program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role, with a strong background in talent management and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR program decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
