Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Partner to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to deliver strategic HR insights that align with our organizational objectives, playing a key role in our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and best practices
  • Support talent acquisition and performance evaluation processes
  • Address employee relations matters efficiently
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Evaluate HR metrics for ongoing enhancement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Preferred HR certification
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR regulations in Canada
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on relationship building
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
