In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of Security Officers in a dynamic shift-based environment, promoting a secure and effective workplace while upholding an open-door policy.

Your primary responsibility will be to safeguard the organization's assets, patrons, and personnel against theft, fraud, vandalism, and misconduct.

Your commanding presence on the gaming floor will be essential for managing personnel and engaging with customers, all while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring adherence to regulations and relevant laws, policies, and standards.

Monitoring Responsibilities:
- Observing floor activity for suspicious behavior, liaising with management and surveillance
- Escorting individuals within the facility and parking areas; adhering to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas, free from hazards, debris, and litter
- Complying with departmental quality standards
- Previous experience in security and relevant training is highly advantageous
- A minimum of one year of experience in a related field

Completion of Gaming Security Officer (GSO) training/exam prior to commencement (employer will sponsor) OR a valid BC Security License and completion of Gaming Security Officer (GSO) training/exam within 90 days of commencement.
