Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Tantalus Security Ltd. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support team operations.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, including reviewing performance and providing feedback.
- Training and Development: Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of competence.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient team operations.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of security guards and ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Certifications and Qualifications- First Aid Certification: Possess a valid First Aid Certificate.
- Security Guard License: Hold a valid Security Guard License.
- Work Terms: This is a permanent position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
