We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Tantalus Security Ltd. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support team operations.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to productivity and quality.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, including training and performance evaluations.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient team operations.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of security guards and ensuring they have the necessary training, equipment, and support to perform their duties effectively.
Certifications and Experience- Certifications: Possess a valid First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License.
- Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a security-related role, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. The working environment will be outdoors, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including security guard agencies.
