The Security Guard Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of the assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education Requirement: Completion of secondary (high) school education.
  • Experience Needed: A minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role within the security sector.
  • Work Environment: Primarily outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: Engaged with a security guard agency.
  • Core Duties:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact during emergency situations.
    • Compile and present detailed reports regarding security operations.
    • Manage the procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
    • Address and resolve workplace challenges to enhance efficiency.
    • Oversee scheduling and supervision of security staff.
    • Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities and safety protocols.
  • Supervision Provided: Direct oversight of security guards.
  • Required Certifications: Valid First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License.
  • Employment Status: Permanent position.
