Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Tantalus Security Ltd. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other administrative tasks as required.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the security team.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security guards, as well as provide training and guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of security guards and ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Certifications and Qualifications- First Aid Certificate: Possess a valid First Aid Certificate.
- Security Guard License: Hold a valid Security Guard License.
- Work Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
