Head of Commercial Sales - Sterling Brokers

Sterling Brokers is on the lookout for a Head of Commercial Sales to enhance their footprint in the Canadian market for Commercial Insurance Solutions. As a prominent Third Party Administrator (TPA) and Brokerage in Canada, Sterling is recognized for its cutting-edge platform and robust industry standing.

In this fully remote position, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing effective processes and controls for sales and service delivery.
  • Identifying and engaging potential clients.
  • Overseeing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide customized solutions for clients in the Commercial Insurance sector.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a CAIB and/or RIBO license, a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial insurance field, and a proven history in B2B sales. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and Salesloft is highly desirable.
