Head of Sales and Business Growth (Line Maintenance)

With an extensive network of representative offices, hangars, and workshop facilities, as well as the largest independent line maintenance stations network across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and Canada.

Position Overview: The Head of Sales and Business Growth (Line Maintenance) will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and expanding the customer base of FL Technics.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive line maintenance sales strategy that broadens the Company's and FL Technics' clientele across North/Central/South America and Europe.
  • Conduct market analysis in the North/Central/South America aviation sector to identify and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Represent the Company and FL Technics at international trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and prospective business leads to optimize business potential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success with a minimum of 3 years in aviation B2B sales.
  • Strong business insight and the ability to comprehend complex customer requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities suited for a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior experience working independently in a remote office setting.
