Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school diploma
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Organize and coordinate various events such as seminars and conferences.
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and workflows.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Compile and analyze data and statistics as needed.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
- Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
- Prepare and proofread various documents and correspondence.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with electronic scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of MS Windows operating system.
- Management of correspondence and documentation.
- Preparation of reports and records.
- Handling contracts and financial statements.
- Creation of charts, tables, and graphs.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
