Education:

This position is based in a healthcare institution, offering a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities- Oversee and guide a team of 5-10 staff members
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
- Organize and confirm appointments efficiently
- Manage contracts and procurement of office supplies
- Handle incoming calls and electronic inquiries
- Prepare and review reports for management
- Maintain both manual and digital filing systems
- Provide exceptional customer service
Proficiency in the following software is required:
- Electronic medical records systems
- Google Docs
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Electronic scheduling tools
- Desktop publishing applications
- QuickBooks
- Must be bondable and pass a criminal record check
- Availability for shift or on-call work is necessary
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
