About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at 1749015 Alberta Ltd. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in electronic mail, spreadsheet software, and MS Office applications.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
